Yes yes y’all. The last party was fun, and it’s time to organize the next one. This one will be a whopper, and thanks to Deck-Star and Chef Directo, we have an excuse to throw another one.
This time though, since it’s 2 celebrations it needs to be twice the craziness, so as the post title suggests we’re going to try and organize a snowboarding weekend at Blue Mountain! The plan is to rent a chalet (a large one) to accomodate us all.

I stole the subject line from our resident joker joker, Jon-a-ton.
And now that you’re back – here’s the real reason for the email. We’re planning a snowboarding trip with the cousins – and the perfect excuse is right around the corner… Dexter and Melanie’s birthdays!
As mentioned above, we’re looking at planning a snowboarding weekend to the Blue Mountain area. The plan is to rent some sort of accomodations for a Friday and Saturday – nights will be about the partee partee, and the days will be reserverd for boardsnowing…
We’ve assembled a crack-pot team of partee-partee organizers but we need some information first from everyone:
DO YOU WANT TO COME AND WHAT IS YOUR BUDGET: Because of the costs associated with this trip (it could run a few hundred bucks per person), we need to know if you want to come, and what your budget is (ie. how many clamshells you’re willing to part with…). Expenses will likely include: – lodging – equipment rentals – food – transportation
DATE: Our tentative weekend is Feb. 9-11th.
To avoid confusion (and a sea of reply-to-all’s), and to justify paying for my own domain, I’ve setup a page where we can post messages.

I guess I AM the cheap cousin, since I’m the only one worried about a budget! (weddings and condos do that to you…)
We’d like to come too! Is the date solid? We’d have to juggle the schedule, but we think we can make it. Budget should be reasonable given the number of people.

I will be in attendance complete with happy face, gourmet knife set, and killi killi power! Get ready to eat well bc I plan on cooking up a storm. Someone has to teach me how to snowboard though.
